Domestic

Full and partial rewires, extra power and lighting points, external and security lighting, kitchen refits and fuseboard upgrades, with minimal disruption and inconvenience in your home, Part P registered.

Commercial & Industrial

All aspects of commercial work. Three phase and single supplies installed in steel wire armoured (SWA), PVC, Mineral insulated cable (MICC), conduit and trunking systems, fire detection and communication & Data systems. All these can be designed, specified and installed to meet building regulations and British and European standards. We also provide certification and a full maintenance package.

Testing and inspection / Portable appliance tests (P.A.T)

We undertake testing and inspection and periodic inspection reports for domestic, commercial and industrial premises. We also provide fire alarm and emergency lighting testing. Portable appliance testing (P.A.T) is also undertaken with annual inspection.

Fire alarms

Full fire alarms to BS5839 and additions to existing fire alarms using M.I.C.C and FP200 fire resistant cable.

Data and communciation

We provide and install all types of electrical and data/telephone wiring. We can also work in harmony with your IT suppliers and installers to wire to and connect all your IT equipment.

Emergency lighting

We provide and install full emergency lighting BS5266 systems including, general emergency lighting, emergency floodlighting, 'Running man' Exit signs and outdoor emergency lights with functional test key switches. We also undertake periodic emergency testing and repair.

Flood lighting/ Sports Pitch lighting

Switch rooms / Electrical distribution

We provide and install main section boards /3 phase and single phase distribution boards, SWA sub mains to remote mains boards or electrical equipment. We carry out electrical installations to packaged plant rooms (containerised boiler rooms) ranging general power and lighting to complete electrical installations to the mechanical installations.
